Operators & land teams
Turn escrow or suspense records into ranked owner candidates with the tract, well, order, and source evidence required for review.
Survene joins escrow records, mineral rolls, deeds, pooling orders, wells, tract evidence, and available addresses into a ranked owner-matching worklist—every candidate traced to the public record, every conflict and exclusion stated up front.
Tell us a county, escrow list, owner name, operator, or tract. We’ll confirm available coverage and send a redacted sample before you choose a deliverable.

Turn escrow or suspense records into ranked owner candidates with the tract, well, order, and source evidence required for review.
Find records that may refer to an owner, the wells and tracts behind them, and the evidence connecting that interest to unpaid royalty.
Prioritize unresolved positions by match strength and amount while keeping conflicting names, addresses, and legal descriptions visible.
Six sources that normally live in six places — reconciled onto one key: the tract.
4,680,226 owner interests across 90 Texas county appraisal rolls — owner, decimal interest, lease, operator, and legal description exactly as published.
31,291 recorded instruments — mineral deeds, leases, probate, and heirship — with $281.4M of stated consideration where a price was recorded.
2,574,429 located wells across the US and Canada, with status and completion history joined to the sections they drain.
85,197 PLSS sections and 311,158 Texas survey polygons, so a legal description resolves to real ground rather than the nearest wellhead.
6,639 pooling orders and 65,117 escrow claims — $59.6M of undelivered royalty tied back to the tract it came from.
60,493 dated events across 54,950 tract references — every transfer, completion, and order on a section, in sequence.
Start with an unpaid-royalty record, owner name, county, operator, or legal description like S12 T8N R6W. Survene joins the available evidence into a review-ready matching schedule.

Supporting transfer history remains attached so names and interests can be checked in sequence.

A real record view from the desk. A candidate match is not an ownership determination—every delivered schedule carries its source trail, conflicts, unresolved matches, and coverage limits.
Coverage is uneven because the public record is uneven. Stated plainly, because a buyer finds out either way.

Deed coverage is one county deep, not statewide. Grady is the densest escrow county in Oklahoma, which is why it was built out first. Expansion is county by county, and we will tell you what a county holds before you rely on it.
Each instrument carries its county-record reference so the source can be checked directly.
Missing names and unresolved tracts remain marked instead of being filled with estimates.
This is an assembled research record for review; legal determination stays with counsel.
Tell us nothing. We read the counties you actually buy in off your recorded deeds, then surface unclaimed positions on producing tracts in exactly those townships — ranked nearest your acreage and delivered with the evidence trail attached.
Some candidates also carry public-record address evidence. When present, the deliverable labels its source and record date; it is not represented as a verified current contact address.
Give us a recorded buyer name. We reconstruct its observed deed footprint, then rank covered candidate records on producing tracts nearby — with the source trail and exclusions attached.
One verified internal screen for an active Oklahoma buyer found 511 recorded deeds, 6,502 qualifying candidate records, and $11.87M in posted escrow context across 615 producing tracts.

We reconstructed the buyer's observed deed footprint from 511 recorded instruments across McClain and Grady counties, then ranked 6,502 candidate records against producing tracts inside that footprint. $11.87M in posted escrow context sits across 615 producing tracts within the covered radius.
Matches are held to three tiers — exact, fuzzy, and unresolved — and no candidate is promoted to payable status without a resolved legal description. Rows that fail to resolve stay in the schedule with the reason for exclusion attached, rather than being dropped silently.
This memo summarizes posted escrow context and candidate counts only. It is not a title opinion, an ownership determination, or a valuation, and does not represent that any candidate is collectable, currently owed, or has clear title.
We confirm escrow and ownership coverage before taking the work. Each deliverable includes ranked owner candidates, the cited source trail, confidence tiers, conflicting evidence, exclusions, and stated limits.
Published unpaid-royalty or escrow records within one confirmed county coverage area, matched to likely rights owners with source evidence and stated limits.
Match a supplied escrow list, operator portfolio, owner set, or tract footprint across the available record. Scope and coverage are confirmed before work begins.
A match is a research candidate, not an ownership ruling. What you receive is a bounded, cited review schedule showing why records may belong together, what conflicts, and what still needs resolution.
Public-record owner-matching research for land and resolution teams—not a title opinion, ownership determination, claims service, valuation, payment processor, or owner outreach.
The same proof discipline as every other Survene surface — applied to land records, where a wrong number is somebody's mineral estate.
Each instrument carries its county-record reference. Nothing on the desk is a figure you have to take our word for — follow it back to the source.
A county that publishes no owner names says so. An unplaceable tract stays marked unplaced. We show the gap instead of filling it with an estimate.
This is the record assembled, not title determined. It is where a runsheet starts and what a landman checks against — the legal opinion stays with counsel.
Survene Energy Intelligence connects well, ownership, land, regulatory, escrow, and public-company context around an asset. Mineral Rights is the working land-and-title application; the same record stack supports the rest of the picture.
